Unit Price Calculator answers the question shoppers actually face at the shelf: which size or pack is the best value? Enter the price and quantity for two or more options, pick a measurement system (weight, volume, or count), and the tool normalizes every option to the same base (per 100 g, per kilogram, per ounce, per pound, per 100 ml, per liter, per US fluid ounce, per US gallon, per piece, per 10 pieces, per 100 pieces, or per dozen) and ranks the rows from cheapest to most expensive. The cheapest row is highlighted as the best value, every other row reports how much more it costs in both percent and money per base unit, and a copy-ready summary lets you share the breakdown. Weight conversions cover grams, kilograms, milligrams, US ounces, and US pounds with exact gram conversions (1 oz = 28.349523125 g, 1 lb = 453.59237 g). Volume conversions cover milliliters, liters, US fluid ounces, US cups, US pints, US quarts, US gallons, and the imperial fluid ounce, pint, and gallon used in the UK, so a 750 ml bottle and a 1 quart jug compare honestly. Count mode handles single pieces, pairs, packs of 2, 4, 6, 12, or 24, and dozens or hundreds. Currency selection (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, TRY) is display only via Intl.NumberFormat with no FX or API calls.
