How to use

1. 1Drop the photo to watermark onto the upload area or click to pick a PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP, or GIF (up to 25 MB).
2. 2Pick Text watermark and type your label (try a quick-style preset like Subtle copyright, Classic diagonal, DRAFT stamp, or CONFIDENTIAL), or pick Logo watermark and drop a transparent PNG to use as the stamp.
3. 3Choose a Pattern: Single anchors one watermark to the nine-point grid with padding from the chosen edge, Tile repeats it across the whole photo, and Diagonal lays the grid at 45 degrees.
4. 4Tweak size, opacity, color, outline, rotation, and density. The live preview repaints on every change and matches the final render pixel for pixel.
5. 5Pick the output format (Keep original, PNG, JPEG, or WebP), set the quality for lossy formats, click Render full-size file, and click Download to save the watermarked copy.

About this tool

Image Watermark adds a text or logo watermark to any raster photo without leaving the browser. Drop a JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, or GIF and pick between two watermark types. Text watermarks accept any string with six bundled font families (sans, serif, monospace, Impact, rounded, system UI), bold and italic toggles, a size measured as a percentage of the photo's shorter side (so portrait and landscape images get the same visual weight), color, opacity, and an optional outline with its own color and width for readability over busy backgrounds. Logo watermarks accept a second image (a transparent PNG works best, but JPG, WebP, SVG, GIF, and BMP are also handled), scaled the same way and with its own opacity. Three placement modes cover every common use case: Single anchors one watermark to a nine-point grid (top, middle, bottom paired with left, center, right) with adjustable padding from the chosen edge, Tile repeats the watermark in an orthogonal grid across the whole image at the chosen density, and Diagonal lays the same grid at 45 degrees for the classic stock-photo or document pattern. Rotation is independent of pattern, so a tiled watermark can still be tilted individually. Five quick-style presets (subtle copyright, classic diagonal, DRAFT stamp, tiled name, CONFIDENTIAL) jump-start the most common jobs without forcing you to set every slider. A live preview repaints on every change and the final render is encoded at the photo's original pixel size as a fresh PNG, JPEG, or WebP blob. The source photo, the logo, and the watermark settings stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
