Keep this tab open and your device awake for the alarm to ring on time. The alarm uses your browser's local clock and works without any signup. Nothing is sent to a server.

How to use

  1. Pick an alarm time using the time input, or click a quick preset like +10 min or 7:00 AM. Optionally pick a date; leave it empty for the next time today or tomorrow.
  2. Add an optional label such as Wake up or Take medicine, then choose a tone and adjust the volume slider. Click Test tone to hear it.
  3. Click Set alarm to arm the clock. The display shows the target time, the day, and a live countdown.
  4. When the alarm rings, click Stop to silence it, or Snooze to ring again after the snooze length you set.
  5. Keep this browser tab open and your device awake until the alarm fires; sleeping the device pauses the timer.

About this tool

Online Alarm Clock rings at a chosen wall-clock time in your local time zone. Pick a time of day (and optionally a specific date), add a label like Wake up or Take medicine, choose one of five tones (classic beep, digital chirp, soft bell, three rising tones, gentle chime), set the volume and snooze length, and click Set alarm. The tab shows the current time, the next alarm time, and a live countdown of how many hours, minutes, and seconds are left. When the moment arrives the tone loops until you press Stop or Snooze; Snooze re-arms the alarm a few minutes out using your snooze setting. If you only pick a time of day and the value has already passed today, the alarm automatically rolls over to tomorrow so a 7:00 entry typed at 10 PM still rings at 7 AM. Quick presets jump to common times (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 12:00, 5:00 PM) and to a few minutes from now (+5, +10, +15, +30, +60). Sound is generated locally with the Web Audio API; no audio files are downloaded and nothing is uploaded. The page can also update the browser tab title with the remaining time so the alarm is visible from any tab. Useful for naps, kitchen timers that need a specific wall-clock end, office stand-ups, reminders to take medicine, simple wake-up calls when a phone is across the room, or any task where you want a specific moment in the day to be audible. Keep this tab open and the device awake for the alarm to ring on time.
