How to use

1. 1Pick a style chip at the top: Cool, Cute, Gamer, Aesthetic, Professional, Tech, Mythic, or Animal. The label under each chip describes the flavor it produces.
2. 2Set how many usernames to draw at once (from 1 to 24). Use the preset chips for the common counts, or type any value.
3. 3Pick a separator (none, dot, underscore, or hyphen), a case style (lower, Capital, UPPER, or camelCase), and an optional digit suffix of one to four random digits.
4. 4Set a max length if the platform you are using has a strict character limit. The text portion is trimmed first so the digit suffix is preserved when possible.
5. 5Turn on Light leetspeak if you want common digit substitutions (a to 4, e to 3, i to 1, o to 0, s to 5).
6. 6Click Generate usernames to draw a fresh batch, then use Generate again to refresh, Copy on any single result, Copy as list to take all of them as newline-separated lines, or Copy comma separated to paste into a CSV column.

Username Generator draws a list of random handles in eight hand-picked styles: cool (edgy and cinematic), cute (soft and playful), gamer (esports flavor for Discord, Steam, and console tags), aesthetic (dreamy vibe-coded names for Instagram and Tumblr), professional (clean handles for LinkedIn and GitHub), tech (developer-themed names for code projects and dev forums), mythic (fantasy and RPG names for tabletop campaigns and game characters), and animal (kid-safe wildlife handles). Every draw pairs a style-flavored adjective with a style-flavored noun from a curated, G-rated vocabulary bundled with the page. Four casing styles cover the formats every platform wants: all lowercase, Capital Case, ALL CAPS, and camelCase. Four separator options (none, dot, underscore, hyphen) let you match a platform's rules without trimming the result by hand. An optional one to four digit numeric suffix expands the candidate space when popular handles are taken, and a light leetspeak toggle substitutes the five common digit-for-letter swaps (a to 4, e to 3, i to 1, o to 0, s to 5) while keeping the source word readable. A max length cap trims the text portion first so the digit suffix is preserved when possible, useful for platforms with strict character limits like Twitter (15), Twitch (25), or Instagram (30). Every pick uses crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling so all words in the active style pool have the same chance of being drawn, and the generator tries to keep every username in a single draw unique. Each result has its own Copy button, plus there are Copy as list (newline separated) and Copy comma separated buttons for the whole batch. Useful when brainstorming streamer handles, naming a new gaming profile, picking a Discord nickname, drafting test usernames for a signup form, exploring fictional character names, or workshopping a personal brand handle.
