About this tool
Reorder PDF Pages lets you rearrange the pages of a PDF and save the new order directly into the file, so every reader (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Edge, Foxit) shows the pages in the sequence you picked and prints them the same way. Drop a PDF and you get one row per page in document order. Drag a row to move it, or use the Top, Up, Down, and Bottom buttons to nudge a page into place, click Reverse order to flip the whole document, and toggle Drop on any page you want left out of the output without deleting it from the source. The tool parses the PDF in place and writes a fresh pages tree whose page list points at the kept pages in the order you chose, then emits a clean PDF 1.7 file with a new catalog. No page content is touched, only its position in the file, so text stays selectable, page rotation is preserved, and quality is unchanged. Stream payloads (image data, embedded fonts, content streams) are copied byte-for-byte without ever being decompressed, so the output looks identical to the source and the file size stays close to the original. Annotations attached to a page (highlights, comments, links) travel with that page because they live under the page dictionary. The tool supports files up to 200 MB and shows how many pages are kept and dropped before you commit. Everything happens in your browser. The PDF is never uploaded, so confidential contracts, signed agreements, medical records, financial statements, internal reports, legal exhibits, and scanned documents stay on your device. Encrypted PDFs and files whose page tree is stored inside compressed object streams are detected and reported so you know to adjust the file first.
