How to use

1. 1Fill in your business details (name, address, email, optional tax or VAT ID) and the client you are billing.
2. 2Set the invoice number, issue date, and due date. Use the Net 7 / 14 / 15 / 30 / 60 buttons to set the due date relative to the issue date, or pick a custom date.
3. 3Pick a currency. JPY is treated as zero-decimal, BHD as three-decimal, everything else as two-decimal.
4. 4Add line items with description, quantity, and unit price. Optional per-line notes print as a sub-line below the description.
5. 5Add an optional discount (percent of subtotal or flat amount) and an optional tax (exclusive, added on top, or inclusive, already in the prices).
6. 6Click Save as PDF / Print. In the browser print dialog, pick Save as PDF as the destination to get a PDF, or pick a printer for a paper copy.
7. 7Alternatively, click Copy HTML to paste the invoice into an email body, or Copy as text for a plain-text fallback.

About this tool

Invoice Generator builds a print-ready invoice in your browser and turns it into a PDF through the browser's own print dialog. Fill in your business details (name, address, email, phone, website, tax ID), the client you are billing, an invoice number (sequential, year-month, date stamp, or random suffix patterns are one click away), an issue date, a due date with one-click Net 7 / Net 14 / Net 15 / Net 30 / Net 60 presets, and an optional PO number. Add line items with description, quantity, unit price, and an optional per-line note that prints below the description. Each line's amount, the subtotal, an optional percentage or flat-amount discount, an optional tax row (charged on top of the subtotal or treated as already included, so you can switch between US sales tax and European VAT semantics without rebuilding the invoice), and the grand total all update live. Twenty common invoicing currencies are supported with the correct number of decimals for each (zero for JPY, three for BHD, two everywhere else). A notes block and a payment instructions block let you add late-payment terms, bank transfer details, or a thank-you message. Click Save as PDF / Print to print the invoice through your browser. The scoped @media print stylesheet hides the editor, removes the dark theme, prints the invoice on US Letter or A4, and avoids page breaks inside line items. Copy as HTML drops a full, table-based invoice into an email body, which is the format most accounts payable inboxes prefer. Copy as text gives you a clean plain-text fallback. Everything runs in your browser. Your business details, your client details, line items, totals, and notes never leave the device. There is no signup, no upload, and no PDF library, just the browser's built-in print engine.
