How to use

1. 1Paste the text you want to clean into the input on the left.
2. 2Pick a quick preset, or open the Options panel to choose a mode such as Keep paragraphs, Remove all line breaks, or Join with a delimiter.
3. 3Adjust the cleanup toggles if you want each line trimmed, multi-space runs collapsed, or non-breaking spaces fixed.

About this tool

Remove Line Breaks turns wrapped or over-broken text back into clean prose. Six modes cover the most common cases: join every line with a single space (the classic paste-from-PDF fix), keep paragraph breaks while joining the lines inside each paragraph, remove all line breaks entirely, replace every newline with your own delimiter such as a comma, strip blank lines but leave real line breaks alone, or collapse runs of empty lines down to a single blank line. Independent cleanup toggles trim each line, collapse multi-space runs, and fix the no-break spaces (U+00A0) that PDFs and rich text editors often hide between words. A live counter reports input and output characters, lines in and out, and how many line breaks were removed so you can see exactly what the tool did before you copy. Both CRLF and LF inputs are normalized, so text from Windows, macOS, and Linux pipes through the same way. Useful for anyone copying paragraphs out of a PDF, reformatting wrapped email quotes, flattening a list to a one-line comma-separated value, or tidying up over-spaced markdown.
