My Browser Info

See what your browser tells websites: user agent, version, OS, network, time zone, languages, and feature support. Live, in your browser.

Reading your browser environment...

All values are read locally from your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Open the page. The dashboard reads your browser environment locally and renders the live values straight away.
  2. Use the panels to spot your browser brand and version, network conditions, time zone, languages, hardware, and feature support.
  3. Open the Raw user agent card to copy your full navigator.userAgent string for bug reports or support requests.
  4. Open the Full text report card and click Copy report to grab a plain-text summary of every value on the page.
  5. For a deeper parse of a different user agent string, open the linked User Agent Parser; for viewport and breakpoint focus, open Viewport Size Tester.

About this tool

My Browser Info is a live readout of everything the current browser reveals to websites at the JavaScript layer. It surfaces the browser brand and version, rendering engine, operating system, and device class derived from navigator.userAgent and the newer User-Agent Client Hints (UA-CH) brand list, alongside the raw user agent string for copy. The Network panel shows online status and the Network Information API values exposed in Chromium (effective connection type, downlink in Mbps, round-trip time, and the Save-Data hint). Locale and time covers primary language, the full Accept-Language priority list, IANA time zone, current UTC offset, and the resolved Intl options (locale, calendar, numbering system, hour cycle). The Hardware panel reports logical CPU cores (navigator.hardwareConcurrency), approximate device memory bucket (navigator.deviceMemory), maximum touch points, pointer and hover capability from matchMedia, viewport, screen, color depth, and the WebGL vendor and renderer, including the unmasked GPU name when the browser exposes WEBGL_debug_renderer_info. The Privacy panel reports cookies enabled, the Do Not Track header value, the Global Privacy Control flag, PDF viewer presence, and any plugins available. The Capability matrix runs feature probes for cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Service Workers, Web Workers, Shared Workers, WebSockets, WebAssembly, Fetch and Streams, WebGL, WebGL 2, WebGPU, Web Audio, Speech Recognition, Speech Synthesis, Geolocation, Notifications, Clipboard, Web Bluetooth, WebUSB, WebHID, WebXR, WebRTC, OffscreenCanvas, SubtleCrypto, and whether the page is a secure context. Media codec support is probed with HTMLMediaElement.canPlayType plus MediaSource.isTypeSupported for the most common audio and video MIME profiles (MP3, AAC, Opus, FLAC, H.264, HEVC, VP9, AV1). A Copy report button exports the full plain-text snapshot for bug tickets and support requests. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or persisted; values you see are the same values any website you visit can read using the standard browser APIs.
