How to use

  1. Paste the article, blog post, or page content you want to analyze into the input on the left.
  2. Pick Single words, Two-word phrases, or Three-word phrases to switch the keyword view.
  3. Adjust filtering: keep or remove common stopwords, set a minimum word length, decide whether to count pure numbers, and add custom stopwords like brand names if needed.
  4. Read the ranked list to see each keyword's raw count and density percentage; the bar visualizes density relative to the top entry in the current view.
  5. Use Copy as CSV to export the current ranking, or use Load sample to see how the tool behaves on a real paragraph before you paste your own content.

About this tool

Keyword Density Checker analyzes any block of text and surfaces the keywords and phrases that appear most often. Paste in an article, a blog post, a product page, or a competitor's copy, and the tool tokenizes the text in your browser, normalizes case and apostrophes, and ranks the most frequent single words, two-word phrases (bigrams), and three-word phrases (trigrams). Each result shows raw count and density: the share of total tokens for that phrase length expressed as a percentage. A built-in stopword list strips common filler words like the, and, of, to, a, and an so the rankings highlight the keywords that actually carry meaning, and an extra Custom stopwords field lets you add brand names, boilerplate, or other terms you want to exclude from the analysis. Minimum word length and a top-N limit keep results focused, and a toggle decides whether numeric tokens like dates count as keywords. Use the tool to spot accidental over-optimization on a specific keyword, find supporting phrases that are missing from a draft, audit competitor pages for the topical patterns they actually use, and rebalance long-form content where one term is repeating too often. The full table can be copied as CSV for spreadsheet review. Tokenization, n-gram counting, and density calculations all run locally, so the text you paste never leaves your device.
